Cyber attacks on universities and hospitals are on the rise. An essential component in the attack chain of such attacks is "lateral movement". The goal of this qualitative study is to better understand the drivers and barriers in Lateral Movement from an organizational perspective. To this end, we conduct qualitative interviews with representatives from universities and hospitals.
